Veterans Housing Initiative

Edgewood Properties is committed to our veterans and active-duty military personnel. Our Veterans Preference Housing Initiative is designed to match those who serve with housing to meet their needs. At select communities, veterans who qualify based on income receive wait-list priority for rentals with income limits. This portion of the program is currently available at the following locations:

• The Lofts at Monroe Parke, Monroe Township, NJ (Senior – 55+) – NOW ACCEPTING PRE-APPLICATIONS
• The Lofts at South Toms River, South Toms River, NJ (coming soon)
• Celebrations at South Plainfield (Senior – 55+)
• Marlboro Parc, Marlboro, NJ
• The Villas at Glenwood, Old Bridge, NJ
• The Legacy at Morris Plains, Morris Plains, NJ
• Fox Hollow, Branchburg, NJ
• The Edge at Freehold, Freehold, NJ
• Gabrielle Run, Toms River, NJ
• Sycamore Landing, Phillipsburg, NJ
• The Villas at Fairway, Piscataway, NJ
• Park Lane at Garden State Park, Cherry Hill, NJ

If you do not meet the requirements for income-limited housing, but are still interested in one of our communities, all active and non-active duty military personnel qualify for benefits on market rate housing at all Edgewood Properties communities.

Program benefits include the following:*

• Waived application fee
• Waived administrative fee
• Reduced security deposit of $1,000 on rents greater than $1,000 (contingent on credit approval)
• Priority wait list status
• Lease break option: reduced early termination charge equivalent to two months’ rent with 30-day written notice
• 10% discount on furnished apartments
