I love this community because the grounds are clean, the concierges are always helpful and the unit I’m renting is beautiful and has all the amenities I need. The community staff was also an enormous help in the move-in process.

Just an update. I have lived here for a month so far. The grounds, staff, and management are exceptional. You truly have a sense of pride living here. There are a number of servicemember veterans (myself included) who call the edge home. There arent enough stars in the sky for me to rate this complex. I want to thank the owners and management for all that they do to make this such an amazing place to live.

My experience at Sycamore Landing has been amazing. It's beautiful here and I love the staff. They are always friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure our experience is the best. I love that they have complimentary breakfast every Sunday and have fun events every month for all the residents at the clubhouse. Its a great way to mingle and meet new people. The clubhouse offers a variety of amenities like the movie theater, game room, pool, fitness center and business center. They have a dog run a well. I feel like it meets all my needs and I can never get bored.

Our experience has been exceptional thus far at the edge at main. I give it the best rating there can be. The atmosphere is very pleasant and I love it. The employees are very professional and accommodating. When something is needed, it is always taken care of immediately. We enjoy the convenient area in which we live and the beautiful building, with great staff that makes it home here at The Edge.

I am so happy to have chosen this development to live in. Staff is sincerely concerned about their tenants. They work at providing activities to make us feel like we're a neighborhood and not just an apartment complex. Immediate attention is paid to any maintenance issues or concerns. Grounds are kept spotless and are always well maintained. And the maintenance crew is out every day cleaning the units. Conveniently located to train station and all major road ways and shopping centers. Best amenities you could ask for. Great value for the buck.

Great neighborhood, one mile from downtown Somerville (which is AWESOME) and the train to NY is just one mile from apartment too. The staff are amazing and responsive. The maintenance team are all so wonderful. Quick, excellent quality work, and respect my property and pet. I feel like they are family! Love it here.

By far this is apartment complex has the most value in 50 miles. Unparalleled facilities for an amazing price. Continue to come up with new and exciting ideas. You have been doing such a great job since we first signed our lease almost 2 years ago, just keep those creative juices flowing! You're killing it! Phenomenal! From the quiet nights to the timely service requests, to the always clean streets and trash center, living here is a dream. It's been the easiest rental experience I have ever had and I have been renting for the last 10 years in places like New Orleans, Atlanta, Birmingham, etc. I have recommended evergreen to a bunch of friends and coworkers because I have so thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Love this Community! Soo Close/walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The staff are super friendly. Nice pool, and we especially love the clubhouse with 24hr gym access. Doesn't get any better than this!

Loving it here! Quiet, clean, and safe community, a place we call home! My husband and I truly appreciate all the fun, and interesting social activities that the wonderful management and the office staff provides for everyone monthly. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. Maintenance are quick friendly and polite. Thank you for all the warm smiling staff and the caring management.

The service has exceeded my expectations. The leasing staff and maintenance staff were extremely friendly and handled all my questions in a timely manner. The leasing office is very clean and all the amenities are well kept. 10/10 would recommend.

I have absolutely loved living in this community. I feel so much safer than I have at any other apartment I've lived in. The staff has been nothing short of exceptional and are always so kind & eager to resolve any issues I may have, (which has been very little anyways.) For the most part, it is very quiet, which I have appreciated so, so much. My favorite perk may just be the gym. It has just about every machine I could need to complete my daily workouts, I was even able to cancel my gym membership. All of the other tenants are also extremely friendly, which I have liked as well. The pool is very nice, very well maintained as well as all of the other common areas. I am extremely pleased that I have chosen this community to call my home.
